Imelda Alejandrino
Partner/CEO/Creative director

Imelda Alejandrino brings with her over 20 years of producing result-driven and award-winning work as both an art director and creative director. As the founder and chief evangelist behind Alejandrino Partners, she has led the charge by forming a top quality team driven by a successful combination of creative quality, strategic focus and client services. It’s a business model that has enabled her to maintain successful relations with a veritable Who’s Whos of leading brands: LeapFrog, Roche, Puritan Bennett, Genesys, Alcatel Lucent, Chevron, Wells Fargo, Jelly Belly Candy Company, Jose Cuervo, Pacific Bell/SBC, PeopleSoft, San Francisco Opera, Cisco, Siemens, PG&E, Westin Century Plaza, and countless others. She’s garnered Gold & Best In Show Awards from the American Association of Advertising Agencies (ADDYS), The San Francisco Show, the San Francisco Ad Club and International ECHO Awards. She is on the board of the San Ramon Arts Foundation as VP of Marketing, a parent volunteer on the Special Needs Committee and the Community Advisory Committee for the San Ramon Valley School District.


Steve Nelson
Partner/CTO

Steve has applied Internet technology to business solutions since 1981. As a software engineer he developed Internet-based factory automation systems at Teradyne, and was the founding marketing director of Kinetics, which provided the first commercial Internet connectivity products for the Apple Macintosh. As Kinetics became part of Novell, Steve was the general manager of Novell's desktop products division, overseeing a staff of 150 engineers and product marketers.

With the birth of the Web as a marketing medium, Steve co-founded Clear Ink, one of the original digital marketing agencies. He has led online strategy development for all of Clear Ink's clients, including Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, HP, Cisco, Philips and 21st Century Insurance. In addition, has been responsible for ongoing research and development of new models, methods and technologies for digital marketing and business communications.


Carla Kanter
Partner/Business Development

Carla has over 12 years of experience in marketing, specifically direct marketing, internet, retail, branding and advertising. As an Account Executive she has teamed up with clients from all areas including both business to business, and business to consumer. Some of the clients she has worked with include McAfee, Microsoft, USA Net, Cantel Cellular Phones, American Express, IBM and more. Carla’s extensive knowledge of direct marketing planning and implementation helps AlejandrinoPartners provide our clients with results generating marketing programs that really do work.
